Frequent questions
1. Can I split the amount between multiple credit cards?
No, you can only use one credit / debit card per order.
2. Can I change the payment method?
The payment method for an order cannot be changed after the order has been submitted to Apple. To choose an alternative payment method, you must cancel the existing order and submit a new order with the new payment method. When canceling orders with credit card payment, it may take up to 3 days for the payment authorization to be removed by the card company.
3. Is my credit card information secure?
The security of Intermatica servers is constantly monitored to avoid any unauthorized disclosure or use of credit card numbers and to protect the confidentiality of your personal information. Intermatica uses the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the superior level of security currently available for web-secured applications. SSL relies on two encryption technologies, public and private, provided by Verisign, Inc. and based on a 40-bit encryption algorithm developed by RSA Data Security, Inc.
4. Can I change the billing address?
Your billing address is the address registered with the credit card company. Make sure that the billing address is correct when placing the order. After your order has been accepted by Intermatica you will not be able to change the billing address since it has already been authorized by the card company.
5. How does payment by bank transfer work?
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be managed only after receiving the confirmation of the credit from the bank. Payment must be made within 7 days from the order date. Beyond this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number. The availability of the products is to be evaluated only from the moment of accreditation. The data to which the transfer will be made will be displayed on the website upon confirmation of the order.
